This six-week series is designed to cover the basics of Iyengar yoga asanas from standing to seated, from forward to backward, from supine to prone, from tadasana to sarvangasana.
The class provides straightforward instructions for those new to yoga and clear observations and instructions for those with experience.
K. Clark Phipps is a certified Iyengar teacher working in the authentic Patanjali lineage of BKS Iyengar. His personal practice compliments his law career and builds upon experience in many movement disciplines and other yogic practices.
CLASS 1 - standing
CLASS 2 - abdominal strength
CLASS 3 - standing forward extension
CLASS 4 - back extension
CLASS 5 - twisting
CLASS 6 - restorative
