In this two-hour workshop, Serena will expand on some subjects to give all participants useful tools and insights about food and so much more.

Diets don’t work: how to loose weight without dieting.
The “psychology of eating”: learning some practical tools to improve our relationship with food FOR GOOD!
About food: what are we meant to be eating and why.
Serena is a yoga teacher and certified nutrition consultant who has studied the subject for over ten years and has a unique, wholistic approach to health and wellness. She believes that, to improve our eating habits we must first look further - and deeper- than the food we eat: to the reasons that drive our choices and habits so that we can make real and long lasting changes.
