Yoga Nidra
**Yoga Nidra: A Deeply Restorative Experience**
Join us for an hour of deep rest through **Yoga Nidra**, a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.” This powerful technique guides you to the peaceful state between wakefulness and sleep, promoting profound physical and mental healing.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to ease insomnia, reduce anxiety, relieve stress, and foster a sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace. Whether you're new to meditation or just in need of deep rest, this experience is for you.
**What to Expect:**
We’ll begin with gentle stretching to help settle into your body. Then, you'll lie down and get as comfortable as possible for the guided meditation. You'll remain still for the duration (unless you need to adjust), simply listening and relaxing. If you drift off—that’s okay! Many do, and your teacher will gently wake you if needed.
**What to Bring:**
Yoga mat
Pillows or bolsters
Blanket(s) for under and over you
Any props that help you feel supported while lying down
Some blankets will be available at the studio, but feel free to bring whatever you need to feel cozy and supported.
Let your body rest. Let your mind soften. Let your whole being reset.

ENERGY SALON: Ear Acupuncture & Sound Bath
Ear acupuncture coupled with sound creates a meditative atmosphere that promotes calm, balance, and healing; a harmonious blend for wellbeing.
Guests will receive ear acupuncture, then recline in a zero gravity chair. Tiffany Tran, Sound Bath Practitioner, will guide participants through a sound experience using various instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes and drums while relaxing in zero gravity chairs.
After the sound bath, guests will enjoy a light snack with hot tea in the lounge area.

By having an art exhibit and sale during the Holiday Season, we will raise funds to help one (1) Tulsa family and three (3) shelter teens receive a healthy and memorable 2023 holiday and hopefully bring a bit of joy to their lives.
