Join yogaQUEST for a training series to help you prepare for the Route 66 Marathon!
Integrating yoga into your running program will result in a stronger body and mind with less injury, pre, during and post training. We will work through the common issues faced by runners as they train for a big race: cramping, IT band issues, tight shoulders and monkey-mind to name a few. Designed to help you transition from one ‘mile’stone to the next during training, marathon day and post marathon recovery.
The program is appropriate for all levels of running and yoga: novice to experienced; classes to take place in our non-hot studio.
yogaQUEST will have runners/teams participating in each of the Marathon and Relay levels; training right alongside you.

When: Mondays – 7:00 - 8:00pm, starting September 9th through December 9th.
Investment: $145– 14 weeks, drop-in rate: $18 per class
Included in the registration fee: 1 weekly Yoga for Runner’s class, 1 weekly yoga class of your choice, free mat rental, in-class training material along with educational blogs and FB posts with tips on training with yoga, special $10 drop-in rate for additional classes taken per week, post Marathon recovery celebration at yogaQUEST!
