All of our classes are beginner friendly. Our teachers are able to help you modify postures to help you practice at your fitness level and for your body type. If you would like, we can set up a visit or call to answer any questions or discuss concerns.

For unheated classes, you will need a yoga mat and water bottle.

For hot classes, you will need a yoga mat, large, bath or beach size, towel, and water bottle. Rental yoga mats and towels are $2 each. We have a filtered water dispenser in the common area to fill your bottle when needed.

And, always come with an open mind and open heart.

We recommend booking your class through our mobile app whenever possible.

If for any reason you are unable to, please drop in. Our staff will take care of you at the front desk.

Yes we do. All classes in Studio A are unheated. A comfortable room temperature is maintained.

Yes you can. We encourage you to do so. Practicing with friends and family is fun and they can be a motivator to get you to the studio when you might not go otherwise. We all have those days.

Collectively, we have the most experienced teachers in Tulsa. One on one instruction is helpful for many reasons. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, we can set you up with the teacher that is right for you.

* Do your best to arrive at the studio 15 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to stash your belongings, get water, and be on your mat 5 minutes before start time.

* Use soft voices after entering yogaQUEST and especially when you enter the yoga room.

* Refrain from talking to others while the class is in progress.

* Relax and let go. This is time totally designated for you self-care.

* When leaving the yoga room, roll your mat up instead of dragging it along the floor, gather you belongings as quietly as possible. Push the door shut quietly rather than slamming it shut. This way we are always respectful of those who wish to stay in savasana longer and enjoy quiet time.
