You will leave this workshop with gained knowledge about fascia and how your body responds and your tissue regroups with these quick and simple techniques.

Hey, Tulsa yogis. How many of you took your first yoga class from Greg McCann? Maybe even when he started at the Health Zone years ago?
Here's an opportunity to honor the man who brought Hot Yoga to town. Greg will lead us thru the traditional 26 hot yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises on Saturday, Nov. 10th. at 9am.
This will be a donation class benefiting DaySpring Villa, Women and Children's Shelter. yogaQUEST will match donations up to $200. You can sign up online but pay by check or cash at the studio before class time. Studio B is limited to 25 yogis so, RSVP as soon as possible.
